How did I go from zero to more clients than I can handle?
I tried every client-attracting strategy, tactic, and technique under the sun. I also went out and got the best information from most successful experts I could find.
While I made a TON of mistakes, I found out what works and what doesn't.
Then I synthesized the best-of-the-best into my own system for attracting clients. I used the 80/20 rule. I took the 20% that was truly the best (that gave me 80% of the results), and tossed the 80% that didn't work so well.

Piller #2: CONVERSION
Uh-oh, now that you’ve attracted some prospective clients, how do you “get them” to hire you? I believe that this is the piece of the formula that causes many people to quit their businesses. They just don’t know what to do to get hired.
My own personal conversion rate with prospects is 80% (that means when I talk to 10 prospects, 8 hire me). I don’t mean to brag, but I want to impress upon you want is possible for you. If your conversion rate is only 10%, for example, that means you need to have sales conversations with 10 people just to get one client. That’s a lot of work!
As Vince Lombardi said, “Practice doesn’t make perfect. PERFECT practice makes perfect.” So it’s possible you’re doing many of the right things, but doing them wrong or something is missing. I might be able to make one or two small tweaks to what you're already doing, and see a significant improvement in your conversions.

Pillar #3: RETENTION
This is most under-taught piece. Perhaps it doesn't seem very sexy, but I've had a hard time finding a coach or information product specifically teaching retention strategies. Yet, being a master of retention is critically important.

So you can spend more time working with clients, and less time working on getting them.
My clients typically stay with me from 1-2 years. So to keep my practice at the current level, I only need a new client every 2 couple of months or so. Sounds nice, eh? So hopefully retention is starting to sound as sexy to you as attraction or conversion.
